Strong muscles and bones are only be achieved by regular exercise and doing some physical
activities. This can helps a lot in improving the respiratory system, cardiovascular health even
the health of the whole body. Exercise can keep you healthy and active which may help your
body to grow properly, reduce health issues like type II diabetes, heart disease, or the chance of
cancer. Here are some easy tips for staying healthy and fit.
1. Ensure that you are taking a healthy meal
When you ask for the tips that will keep you healthy and active, healthy eating is considered the
backbone of the fitness tips. Food is the basic fuel of your body which helps you in reaching
your desired goal however the lack of energy and healthy food may lead you to weakness. A
balanced diet with a proper amount of nutrients includes vegetables, fruits, cereals, milk, eggs,
meat, and many different seeds like flax seeds.
2. Eat more but eat clean
Some start to skip their meals for losing weight as nutritionist Duffy said that many people gain
weight and become unhealthy due to not eating enough and properly. Duffy advises his patients
to take meals five times a day instead of three times a day with the proper interval of three hours
in every meal to regulate the metabolism of the body. There must be two mini-meals in between
the three basic meals. Regarding the activity rate, he advises his patients to decrease the number
of meals as the day goes toward the night.
3. Considering the cardio health
If you want to attain big achievement, then you should also look for cardio workouts that help
you in staying fit and healthy with the minimum chance of the disease. For getting the best
health, it is advised to do a light jog for about 20 minutes a day. The burning of calories and fat
is crucial for the proper working of the heart so for burring calories the intake of the proteins
should be high and also considering the calories intake zero.
4. Reduce rest time
It is good to take rest while training but it is advised to take rest for just 30-45 seconds between
two sets, as this will help in increasing your overall endurance of the body. If you are training for
strength gaining, then there you must go for moderate weight lifting first and then to heavy
weight lifting. Your average rate of reps during weight lifting should be between 12-15 reps per
set. If you are running always start with medium speed and then increase it gradually.
5. Have a motivation
As we all know motivation is the key to get to the desired goal, and then the motivation of
keeping fit and healthy is really helpful in exercising and doing some productive activity. When
you are doing workout always look towards your dominant hand or feet which always keep on a
track to move in a forward direction.
