What if a dream dies.....?
What if a dream dies?
When a dream dies, when the things you have longed for so long are gone, you experience a real sense of loss bereavement and deficiency regardless of your age, nationality, gender, occupation or religious views .Some people tackle the dream dying catastrophe faster and better while other just stuck up and suffers to some extent. Dreams are comforting goals that are supposed to provide you with the momentum to prosper, to face every challenge that comes to your way and to hold you in the walk of this pitiless world.
When a dream dies you are left with two options; forget everything and runaway or face everything and rise. Choice is yours whether you allow yourself to heal and then grasp your energies to rise again or fall a prey to anxiety and depression. There are many things that let you to face the disappointment and pain you feel after dream death though your heart may still break and the tears may flow for a long time but you don’t have to give up, have courage and realize that the light at the tunnel may be very far away, but you get there sooner or later. Don’t sit and stare out the window counting clouds that float by each day, instead use your spare time to do some stuff. Turn your attention on ‘’ other things’’ instead of just focusing on your’’ loss’’.
Losing
a dream hurts and there’s no reason to hide your pain. Infect feeling it would
allow your mind and heart the opportunity to heal. There are some family
members and friends that are there to hear your pain and grief sharing your
pain help you move through grieving process. Enjoy the memories that the dream
conjures up.Here you are given with a video link on you tube to keep your dreams alive!
When
a dream die, take the time to dream another dream as feel relieved and happy. Just
brainstorm everything that enter your mind even if it seems impossible, losing
a dream is literally a death. In order to heal from the death of dream, bury
yourself in worthwhile activities.
Remember, things change and how you
cope with those changes is the real key of future happiness.
Dreams are the source of propelling factor in the struggle for every notable person in the stream of history ranging from Alexander; struggle to conquer the world to Allama Iqbal’s dream of having a separate homeland for the Muslims of India .From Edison; dream of enlightening the world to famous Martin Luther king’s “ American dream “. All that example’s conclude that dreams have given an incentive for action.
You
may have encountered the story of King Robert Bruce who rule over Scotland and
had been defeated by English enemies. Once he ran for his life and lost all
hope to win. Frustrated and disappointed, he hide himself in a cave. meanwhile, he saw a spider trying to reach its web ,
while failing to climb the wall , the spider continue its efforts and at last
he remain successful to reach its destiny. This gives courage to king and he
made up his mind and this time he won the battle. He was blessed because he
dreamed of a success and continue its struggle till he succeeded.
I
would sum up the discussion by asserting that it’s okay to feel badly, or even terrible,
about your loss. Just conquer your grief, allow yourself to grow and hold of
the next dream. That’s all you need to keep going.
If you want something you never had,
you have to dream something you have never done. No matter where you are, your
dreams are valid. Remember if you have a heartbeat, there’s still time for your
dreams. You just have to start where you are, use what you have and do what you
can.
Have you lost a dream? Are
you ready to dream again?
